We all see & discover things that we want to immediately talk about or share with other people. Sometimes it’s a book, an article, an object or even a strange ritual that you’d heard nothing about. I plan to use this blog to draw your attention to the many unusual & exciting things that I spot & discover. The internet is like a wailing ghost woman from some haunted English manor that has Johnny Depp hiding somewhere behind the spider filled couch. The internet cries for our attention. In fact, it begs for us to spend hours upon hours sometimes making a pointless list of all the celebrities who had botched Rhinoplasties.
We live in a time where people think sharing a message with 12 of their friends can save the world. We like to imagine the control that we think that we exercise & often don’t realise that we are often hamstrung but own lack of exposure & paucity of ideas about all the fascinating new things the world has to offer to us (that we’ve not learned about yet).
No this blog isn’t about Memes. I’m sure dogs & cats can find a happy home elsewhere. This is a blog about exposure & bouncing outside our own self-created & socially endorsed enclosures. This is a blog where the miscellaneous is celebrated & free associations can be made.
It’s about helping bring you nose-to-nose with cool stuff. Now I’m not claiming to be the sole custodian of information that could excite or incite something in you. Yet, it is my honest effort to introduce in your life stuff that you’ll either enjoy learning about or stuff that will serve to add that miscellaneous ‘Je-ne-sais-quoi’ to anything & everything that could possibly germinates within your curious minds. I hope you like what I’ve got to share here! I welcome both you & your restless spirit to my Cool Stuff – Blog.
